Thats whats happening now. Because i have bad credit i am paying double of what i would pay if i had excellent credit. I have never been at fault in an accident in my life. Age (49). I did an estimate for auto insurance and saw how credit affected my rates. Don't you think this is illegal, what insurance companies are doing. CAN THIS BE A MAJOR CLASS ACTION SUIT?

I just got a letter through today from my car insurance provider asking me they want proof of my no claims. Why am I quoted so high for auto insurance?

Recently I have been shopping around getting online quotes for auto insurance in hopes of getting better rates. Sadly that is not the case. Hi, I'm a 15 year old varsity baseball player in Florida. On the 19th of March, I had a partial tear of my biceps tendon in my right elbow along with a suspected injury to the RCL, and LUCL (MRI results). I don't have primary health insurance (even though my Dad's a doctor haha) but my school carries insurance for student athletes. I'm going the the Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, FL. My semi-annual auto insurance renewal is coming up. I've shopped before and I think I'm already getting a damn good rate, but still I'd like to try to get an even better rate. I've tried both Geico and Progressive, and both quoted me over $200 higher per year than I already pay. Any other good suggestions? This would be for coverage in California.
